Contract and Paralegal Support Specialist

In this role, you will support internal legal and procurement teams by ensuring accurate documentation and facilitating efficient contract processes across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, review, and editing of contracts, collaborating with legal and procurement when relevant.
- Conduct research of existing and related contracts and agreements, staying informed about relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date contract files and documentation, tracking lifecycle events, deadlines, and renewal dates in Coupa CLMa.
- Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships, acting as a liaison between Procurement Services, Legal, and internal business units to improve operations and standardization.
