Contract Analyst

The Contract Analyst reviews, analyzes, and administers company contracts, ensuring they are accurate, up to date, and aligned with business needs. They manage the planning, execution, and revision of agreements to ensure all parties’ requirements are clearly defined and effectively met.General Responsibilities• Prepare and design contracts, advising company on the details in the contracts
• Present and explain contract conditions and details to all relevant parties
• Negotiate contract terms, conditions and pricing and follow up to ensure execution according to the negotiated terms
• Update existing contracts when legal changes are made
• Create standardized language for new contracts
• Monitor all contract deadlines and conditions to ensure timelines are kept
• Analyze and report on specific risks associated with contract Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
