Continuous Improvement Manager (Barcelona)

Summary

Provide training, tools and support to consistently deploy and sustain our Std Lean Processes (Hyperion Business Systems) across the Engineered Tooling Systems Business Unit, which sites are located in Barcelona, Épinouze (France) and Sao Paulo.

• X-Matrix / TTI / Action Plans.
• Kaizen process: funnel management and follow-up.
• Kaizen Events.
• Lean Daily Management and Continuous Improvement.
• Problem solving methods.
• CIS initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop educational material and provide training as needed on Lean and continuous improvement.
• Lead Lean Projects such as Value Stream Map cross all the Business Unit.
• Lead problem solving activities (5Whys, Ishikawa diagram, A3).
• Support the PU site managers to define the yearly strategy with the X-Matrix / TTI / Action Plan processes.
