Continuous Improvement Manager (Amqui)

Overview

Agropur is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to join its team in Amqui.

The mission of the Continuous Improvement Manager is to implement various continuous improvement initiatives and Focused Improvements (FI) to achieve manufacturing excellence.

Responsibilities

• Implement Lean Six Sigma methodology using the Agropur Operating System (AOS) – loss tree analysis, daily management of identified priorities, problem‑solving (RCA) and deployment of tools such as SMED, Kanban, FI, VSM, FMEA, etc., within operations including maintenance.
• Support and act as a servant leader in all aspects related to the implementation of AOS; ensure a change management approach aligned with Agropur’s values (ADKAR).
• Provide on‑site support for the implementation of plant leadership teams’ strategic plans (OGSM) while working closely with union partners and managers.
