Continuous improvement & launch engineer

We are seeking a highly driven Continuous Improvement & Launch Engineer to play a key role in the startup of our new manufacturing facility. This position will be instrumental in establishing our production system, Lean culture, operational standards, performance management structure, and safety foundations ahead of SOP in 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and Operational Excellence systems throughout the plant
