Objective of the position: Consultant and coach specializing in lean manufacturing principles and tools, driving strategic alignment across diverse business units. Actively contribute to the creation and execution of road‑maps, including continuous improvement projects, to achieve plant strategy targets and smart vision objectives. Serve as a catalyst for lean transformation, fostering a sustainable culture of continuous improvement and empowering teams to embrace lean practices as a foundation for long‑term success.
