Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Content Enablement Specialist for their Cleveland, OH/Buffalo, NY location. Responsibilities:
+ Authoring and maintaining shared services content
+ Enabling LOB teams to create high-quality content
+ Supporting and improving GenAI-powered capabilities
+ Monitoring and improving content quality, consistency, and performance
+ The position requires both technical aptitude (AI + platform workflows) and content judgment.
+ Essential Functions Shared Services Content Authoring
+ Create and maintain enterprise shared content within enterprise Knowledge Management software.
+ Structure content for:
+ Clarity and usability
+ AI consumption and search effectiveness
+ Apply templates, standards, and metadata to ensure consistency for user consumption and support of GenAI usage.
