Content Editor / SharePoint Web Publisher (Toronto)

Our client, a large enterprise organization, is seeking a Content Editor / Share Point Web Publisher.

This role sits within the Corporate Communications / Digital Workplace function and plays a key role in supporting and enhancing the organization''s corporate intranet.

The position focuses on Share Point Online publishing, content quality, accessibility, and user experience, while partnering closely with content owners and business stakeholders across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Build, edit, and publish pages, documents, and graphics using Share Point Online.
• Manage Share Point sites, libraries, lists, permissions, metadata, and overall site structure.
• Support content owners with publishing requests, content updates, and troubleshooting.
• Work across both Share Point Classic and Modern environments, including supporting Classic-to-Modern migrations.
