This role is ideal for someone who understands Instagram deeply—Reels, hooks, trends, and what makes people stop scrolling.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot Content on Phone Capture high-quality video content using a smartphone (iPhone/Android)
- Handle basic lighting, framing, and composition for Reels & ads
- Work closely with founders/creators to shoot real, relatable content
Edit for Performance (Not Just Aesthetics)
- Edit engaging Instagram Reels (ads + organic)
- Add hooks, captions, cuts, transitions, and sound effects optimized for retention
- Understand pacing—especially first 3 seconds
