Job Description
We are hiring for a Content Coordinator. This remote role starts at 20 hours/week through year-end, increasing to 40 hours/week after the new year, with potential for extension or full-time conversion. You’ll provide administrative and content support for the team, assist with writing and delivering release documentation, and review and organize content to ensure accuracy and consistency. Day-to-day work includes navigating multiple systems and tools, adapting quickly to new platforms, collaborating with team members, and escalating questions when needed. You’ll also use AI tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiency, while participating in onboarding, shadowing, and training sessions during your initial weeks.
