Content Analytics & Reporting Lead - LATAM

Link-Worldwide is seeking a qualified individual to provide operational support activities to the regional Content Management teams in Valle de Chalco Solidaridad, Estado de México.

The successful candidate will lead the analysts, manage SLA metrics, collaborate with managers, and drive the implementation of KPIs in a multicultural environment.

Essential qualifications include great analytical skills, a relevant degree, and advanced proficiency in English. Experience with data analysis tools is also critical.
