Key Responsibilities- Define and lead the CRM and DTC strategy for Vai de Visa in Brazil, aligned with global and regional frameworks.
- Own and drive consumer engagement strategy, with clear impact on transactional growth, revenue, and loyalty.
- Position Vai de Visa as a best‑in‑class loyalty and engagement ecosystem in the market.
- Identify and scale new consumer value propositions, use cases, and monetization opportunities leveraging 1st party data.
- Lead the design and execution of end‑to‑end consumer lifecycle strategies (acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, reactivation).
- Oversee advanced segmentation, personalization, and decision‑making frameworks, including multi‑channel orchestration.
