Our Payroll Operations team is an integral part of the Finance function at TCCC, responsible for payroll activities for our EMEA associates across 52 countries. **Position Overview**
The Payroll Delivery Consultant will manage and execute all aspects of the pre-payroll and payroll process, ensuring both accuracy and timely payment to our associates. This role works with multiple teams across TCCC, including HR Operation teams, Mobility & Equity teams, Payroll Accounting and our strategic Payroll Partners, to support payroll execution and technological enhancements, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and compliance.
