Role Overview
Join CIBC's Capital Markets team as a Consultant, Infrastructure Management, and play a vital role in supporting and maintaining the test environment infrastructure for the Alternate Solutions Group. You'll work with a team of experienced professionals, expanding your technical expertise and contributing to the bank's agile and modular approach to strategy and technology.
What You Will Do
Manage the lifecycle of issues and incidents using Jira, resolve technical challenges through troubleshooting bridges, and recommend infrastructure solutions that align with established standards. Create and support test environment deployments using ServiceNow, coordinate business‑as‑usual activities, and oversee migrations from on‑premises to cloud.
