Construction Superintendent

RFNOW Inc. is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to provide leadership, oversight, and operational coordination across our fiber optic construction projects in MB and SK. In this role, you'll keep multiple crews aligned, resources flowing, and projects on schedule — while championing a culture of safety and continuous improvement in the field.

General Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities across multiple construction sites to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery
• Provide technical guidance and solutions to the Construction Management team
• Ensure materials, equipment, and labour are properly allocated across work crews and that daily production goals are met
• Deliver timely field updates on work progression to management
• Coordinate with permitting and licensing bodies for track crossings, pipeline crossings, safety watches, locates, and required approvals
