Construction Sr Project Manager

At Houston Methodist, the Construction Senior (Sr.) Project Manager position is responsible for assuring highly complex or highly visible construction/renovation projects are designed and completed in accordance within approved program, budget, and schedule, and in a manner consistent with Hospital needs, procedures and policies. This position with, minimal supervision, is an effective liaison between Houston Methodist (HM), the Hospital client department, and consultants, contractors, regulatory agencies, and others. The Construction Sr Project Manager must be able to manage multiple highly complex or highly visible projects simultaneously and must be familiar with all aspects of healthcare facility design and construction.
