JOB SUMMARY
The Construction Scheduler/Planner is responsible for developing, updating, and monitoring project schedules to ensure construction activities are completed on time and within budget. The role involves coordinating with project teams, tracking progress, identifying delays, and recommending recovery plans to achieve project objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop detailed project schedules and work programmes.
2. Monitor project progress against approved schedules and milestones.
3. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
4. Identify schedule delays, risks, and critical path activities.
5. Recommend recovery plans and corrective actions to minimise delays.
6. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely project delivery.
7. Update project schedules based on actual site progress.
