Construction Project Coordinator

AGF is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team based in Edmonton. The Coordinator reports to the Project Manager Lead and will be responsible for performing quantity takeoffs for reinforcing steel and related products for project pricing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor various construction activities and project KPIs to identify progress, delays, or holdbacks, and report status to the PM team.
• Coordinate field activities with internal and external project teams to ensure work progress and schedule alignment.
• Inspect installed areas, generate quality control documentation, record site conditions, and report findings to the client and PM.
• Control, inspect, and validate the QA/QC program; prepare non-conformance reports to support change order submissions.
