WSP is currently initiating a search for a **Full-Time Construction Manager** for our **Raleigh, NC** office. Be involved in projects with our **CM Team** and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges.
The Construction Manager will perform contract administration, project scheduling reviews, general coordination, utility coordination, quality control, decision-making and supervision to ensure projects are completed within the stipulated design, time and allocated budget. Supports coordination with project stakeholders and Fed/State/local government agencies as appropriate. Support cost estimates and projections/cash flow/estimate at completion for projects. Schedule and conduct design and construction progress meetings. Coordinate activities with subconsultants to assure timely completion of all tasks.
