Construction Manager - Mechanical Wet/Dry Systems

The Mechanical Wet/Dry Systems Construction Manager will work within the Construction Management department and will report to the Mechanical Project Manager. They will work closely with design professionals, clients, subcontractors, and craftspeople to address complex mechanical coordination issues. The Mechanical Construction Manager will manage the Mechanical Team and lead our on-site Mechanical quality control efforts for large hi-tech projects. This position will be fully at the project site in Childress, TX.
Salary: $100,000 to $150,000 DOE + 12% geo-uplift, per diem & incentives

Essential Responsibilities:
+ Oversee hvac/exhaust subcontractor and vendor installation work daily to ensure they are maintaining their installation schedule and support system startup and commissioning activities.
