Construction Estimator

Survey worksite, analyze blue prints, record relevant specs; Determine required equipment, tools, materials and labor; collect information regarding availability and pricing; prepare cost estimates for management; track expenditures and prepare reports for Management; Maintain list of reliable of Vendors and Subcontractors. Education: High school Diploma/foreign equivalent; postsecondary course work in accounti and operations management; two years experience in an accounting position including purchase and sales accounting, invoice production/ tracking and analysis of finance statements; valid drivers license; M-F 7am-3:30 pm, some OT required; travel throughout Philadelphia
