Confectionery Specialist

Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Director of Manufacturing, the Confectionery Specialist will lead the commercialization of new chocolate and gummy products from formulation development to commercial manufacturing, ensuring best‑in‑class cannabis confections to support Tilray Brands’ position in Canada and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of new chocolate and gummy products from prototype to launch‑ready optimized product.
• Develop product formulations, manage sensory and stability studies, and source best‑in‑class ingredients.
• Lead product cost optimization initiatives.
• Lead manufacturing process improvements for existing products and develop new manufacturing processes.
• Support technology transfers from R&D to commercial manufacturing by training personnel and conducting process validations.
