About the Role
As a Concrete Finisher – Lead Hand you will oversee construction of concrete curbs, sidewalks, and other municipal structures. You will supervise and coordinate the activities of concrete crew members, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high‑quality standards. You will assist with the preparation of work sites, set up forms, pour concrete, and finish surfaces.
