About the Role
Amrize Construction, based in Saskatoon, SK is currently seeking a full‑time Concrete Finisher – Lead Hand to oversee the construction of concrete curbs, sidewalks, and other municipal structures for our municipal projects.
What you’ll accomplish
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of concrete crew members, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high‑quality standards.
- Assist with the preparation of work sites, including setting up forms, pouring concrete, and finishing surfaces.
- Operate and maintain concrete construction equipment and tools.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor junior crew members to develop their skills and expertise in concrete construction.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
