Computer Network Procurement Coordinator

Under the responsibility of the Unit Manager, the position holder orders the raw material, finished goods and packaging, including services required for the plant he/she is assigned to. Main tasks and responsibilities of the position: Places orders for the items that are below minimum levels and required according to the various stock status reports. Issues PO’s to suppliers accordingly;

Reviews min/max inventory reports on stock items and recommends amendments;

Coordinates and does adaily follow-up on delivery dates to coincide with the production needs;

Reports to Unit Manager any deviation or potential affectation to the plant;

Routinely meets with Canadian Sales teams to plan future requirements;

Makes sure of theconfirmation of orders (delivery date;

price) according to the needs of the customer’s orders and/or stocks;
