Production & Processing
Manufacture resin batches using detailed formulations and mix sheets, including pre-blending materials Load ribbon blenders and drum tumblers with precise ingredient quantities Operate, start up, shut down, and maintain 40mm and 60mm compounder lines and water systems Weigh, package, and label finished products according to work order specifications Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Perform routine maintenance on compounders, pelletizers, dryers, and water systems Disassemble compounders for screen changes and cleaning Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime Operate and maintain all associated production equipment Quality Control & Documentation
Sample compounds and mold ASTM slabs per work order requirements Inspect finished products for defects and initiate corrective action...
