In this role you will support TP ICAP’s EMEA Compliance team by advising on conduct and regulatory requirements, developing and updating policies, and providing strategic compliance guidance. You’ll act as the main contact for transaction reporting questions and collaborate with operations and technology to embed a strong compliance culture across EMEA. You will lead risk assessments, deliver training, and prepare regulatory reports while staying abreast of regulatory changes. This role offers line management opportunities and a chance to influence reporting practices across MiFIR, EMIR, SFTR and REMIT.
