The role
As Compliance Specialist, you will help administer, monitor, enhance and operationalise ASIC's enterprise compliance and policy frameworks, supporting risk-based compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.
You will also be accountable for:
Administering and enhancing ASIC's Compliance Management Framework, Enterprise Policy Framework, and associated systems, processes and tools. Providing technical and advisory support to the Commission, Executive Committee and business teams on risk-based compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations. Analysing complex and sensitive compliance issues and providing practical advice to management on appropriate courses of action. Partnering with policy owners and stakeholders to embed new or revised policies, processes and controls, including monitoring progress and assurance testing. About you
