**Summary:**
The Program Manager will be assigned to support the Physician Compliance Department. Under the supervision and direction of senior leadership, the Program Manager implements the essential elements of UNC Health’s systemwide Compliance Program, such as educating and training teammates, investigating actual or potential misconduct, conducting audits, monitoring ongoing risks to the organization, and developing policy guidelines.
