Compliance Program Manager (Ciudad Juárez)

Basic Function
Under the direction of the director International Trade Compliance, the Import/Export Supervisor Mexico is responsible to facilitate and oversee import/export operations for all Mexico business unit operations.
Specific Responsibilities
Develop and own the Mexico trade compliance training program in coordination with the Director International Trade Compliance.
Draft guidance documentation and processes in line with Corporate Trade policies, procedures, and local requirements.
Create and oversee a regional trade compliance training program.
Establish and maintain a trade compliance metrics dashboard and reporting cadence.
Develop and implement audits to ensure compliant import and export transactions; participate in corrective measures.
Maintain IMMEX and USMCA program oversight including driving timely and compliant submissions.
Drive efficiencies and cost savings through adherence to USMCA.
