Compliance Associate

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a fit‑for‑purpose Legal & Regulatory Compliance Program in accordance with international best practices and the Group’s legal and regulatory requirements.
• Identify compliance risks and propose mitigation plans, including drafting and implementing company policies and procedures.
• Work in the Group Legal Department on any company legal matters, particularly those related to ethics and compliance.
• Conduct legal research and monitor external developments in compliance, providing sound, strategic, up‑to‑date, commercially feasible legal advice to business units and corporate departments.
• Conduct compliance due diligence screenings of third parties, identifying and highlighting risks, and assist in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
