Reporting to the Team Lead, HR Partnerships, the Compensation and Job Evaluation Specialist is a subject matter expert in compensation and job evaluation and is responsible for the design, development, delivery, implementation and maintenance of the college’s compensation and classification system. As part of the People and Talent Operations team, this role works within the team to ensure consistent, transparent and comprehensive compensation and job evaluation services, while meeting evolving needs of the college.
