Compensation Consultant Associate

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career team at Mercer . This role will be based in Montreal or Quebec City , and it is a hybrid role with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Compensation Consultant Associate , you will join a national team of 100 passionate consultants who have expertise in employee and executive rewards, employee communication, talent strategy, and workforce analytics. This is a great opportunity to work with a premier client base consisting of large complex Canadian and global organizations, and tap into the expertise across Mercer's global network.
