Compensation Consultant Associate

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career team at Mercer. This role will be based in Montreal or Quebec City , and it is a hybrid role with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Compensation Consultant Associate , you will join a national team of 100 passionate consultants who have a wealth of expertise in employee and executive rewards, employee communication, talent strategy and workforce analytics.
