This role will be key in ensuring the proper execution of our compensation processes, bringing structure, consistency, and equity to our day-to-day operations, while also providing valuable analysis to support better decision-making.

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate and support compensation operations.
• Manage salary structures and compensation-related information.
• Analyze salary data and prepare reports for decision-making.
• Support leaders and HR teams in compensation-related matters.
