In this position, you will report to the Director of Care while taking a hands-on approach to quality patient care. Strong leadership skills and the flexibility to modify care plans are essential for this role. Collaborate with the healthcare team to foster an environment of effective communication and resident advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and modify individualized care plans for residents
• Supervise the healthcare staff efficiently
• Liaise with families and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure residents' rights are respected and maintained
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and update care plans
Requirements:
• Current Certificate of Competence issued by the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Basic CPR certification valid
