• Encourage participation in community programs

Requirements

• Completion of an approved Health Care Aide program
• Proficient in bedside care procedures and techniques
• Tactful and diplomatic when interacting with residents
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
