Opportunity Description
(We urgently seek a qualified Company Secretary to ensure full compliance statutory and regulatory requirements, company laws, and governance standards. Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and regulatory requirements, organize board meetings, maintain statutory records, manage ROC filings, advise management on governance & legal matters, and act as a liaison with regulators and stakeholders. Above 10 Yrs of Exp and Qualified CS is mandatory).
Salary: 12.00 lakhs to 15 lakhs PA.
