Position Details

Full‑time Youth Justice Team / Restorative Justice / Youth Mental Health Position – Kapuskasing (with travel throughout the NEOFACS Cochrane Catchment area as required). Salary: $58,688 – $79,295 per year.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Provide intervention and support services to young persons involved in the youth criminal justice system, focusing on community reintegration, social skill development, and coping strategies.
• Deliver least‑intrusive, community‑based interventions through restorative justice processes, court‑ordered attendance programming, and mental health diversion.
• Assist and support youth and families to promote accountability, rehabilitation, mental wellness, and community safety.
