Community Residential Facility Manager

Lead resident integration at the Community Residential Facility as a House Manager. This pivotal role requires supervision of staff and residents, ensuring program compliance and effective communication with external agencies.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Operations, the House Manager oversees all aspects of the Healing Lodge’s operations. With responsibilities ranging from staff training and scheduling to managing resident care plans, you’ll play a key role in facilitating successful reintegration for Indigenous individuals exiting federal institutions. This position requires strong leadership and critical thinking skills to navigate challenges in a supportive setting.
