Community Plan Coordinator

Position Summary

This position will coordinate the implementation of Moose Cree First Nation’s Community Plan derived from the Comprehensive Community Plan (CP) and the Chief and Council Strategic Plan (SP), including liaising with MCFN Staff, developing and monitoring workplans associated with Community Plan (CP) projects, applying for funding to support Community Plan initiatives, ensuring thorough communication about the project with support from the Community Plan Working Group and MCFN Staff.

This combined effort will align with the Four Pillars initiative that the MCFN has undertaken and will follow within the parameters within that program and planning.

Qualifications / Requirements

• A post‑secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Community Development, Indigenous Studies, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
