**Description**
**Position Summary:** The Community Engagement Coordinator serves as UC&L's primary field liaison — building relationships with Unity ministries, leaders, and communities and creating/maintaining relevant resources to strength the movement from the ground up. This role bridges Unity World Headquarters and the field, ensuring ministries are supported, empowered, and equipped for vitality and growth.
**Essential Job Functions:**
1. Build and maintain effective relationships with ministry leaders, board members, regional representatives, and community stakeholders. Conduct regular check-ins to assess needs, celebrate progress, and provide practical support.
