Community Operations Director & Educator

Responsibilities

• Take care of daily operations, sales, and manage and develop the community’s operations, which include a bookstore, second‑hand bookshop, health food store, online antique store, online store, publishing operations, a recycling center and a store.
• The community operates on a volunteer basis and develop occupational therapy activities in cooperation with the municipality and other social sector actors.
• Volunteer management, community needs analysis, collaborative work, training volunteers, social alliances creation, monitoring societal impacts.
