We’re looking for a Community Manager (Client Experience Focus) to own and elevate the journey of our professional member community (100+ members). This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building meaningful relationships, delivering exceptional service, and keeping operations running seamlessly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
Member Experience & Relationship Management (40%)
- Welcome and onboard new members with personalized calls and guidance
- Lead a structured onboarding journey to drive early engagement and success
- Conduct regular 1:1 check‑ins to track progress and satisfaction
- Handle member questions, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and care
Community Engagement & Events (25%)
