Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and less than 3 years of related professional experience, or equivalent education and experience. Healthcare professionals must hold, or be eligible for, appropriate licensure as required by position.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Must be enrolled in or be willing to enroll in a Community Health Worker training course
+ Certified Community Health Worker (C- CHW )
+ Valid Ohio Driver’s License
