Role Overview
We are looking for a Commis Chef (Entry to Mid Level) with strong skills in cake layering, finishing, and bakery production. This role is focused on precision work—clean finishes, consistency, and production for both retail and bulk orders.
You will also contribute to corporate hampers, dessert tables, and event menus including high teas and birthdays.
Key ResponsibilitiesCake & Bakery Production
- Cake layering, frosting, and final finishing (clean, consistent output)
- Production of macarons, cookies, and tea-time desserts
- Assist in preparation of products for corporate hampers and bulk orders
Menu & Event Prep
- Support preparation for high tea menus, dessert tables, and celebrations
- Ensure timely execution for birthdays and event-based orders
