As we scale our commercial business, we’re moving from one-off sales to long-term contracts — and we need a Commercial Sales Executive who can sell them.
You’ll own a book of medium-to-large commercial accounts and sell volume-based contracts that lock in long-term relationships. Own and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts in HubSpot
Sell volume-based contracts matched to each customer’s situation — yearly fixed-price, monthly, per-project, and ad-hoc
Consultatively assess what a customer needs — a national contractor building 400 homes needs something very different from a project-to-project firm — and put the right contract in front of them
Hit contract and revenue targets without being chased
3+ years in B2B / commercial sales with a contract, solution, or account-growth selling record
~ You can read a customer’s situation and match the right commercial offer
~ You’re organised, proactive, and own your numbers in CRM
