• Manage account management activities across the region to deliver margin and market share growth aligned with the Area Long Range Plan (LRP).
• Deliver assigned sales, revenue, margin, and cash collection targets across the Marine & Offshore business portfolio.
• Maintain commercial intensity across the team, ensuring effective pipeline management, opportunity conversion, and disciplined sales execution.
• Support regional business growth through active customer engagement, strategic account development, and identification of new commercial opportunities.
