Commercial Litigation Law Clerk

Our client is looking to add to their Commercial Litigation and Construction team. As a Commercial Litigation Law Clerk you will be a key member of a dynamic group of lawyers, law clerks and legal support staff, providing the highest level of service to clients, while having the opportunity to cultivate your skills as part of our successful national Commercial Litigation and Construction Group.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Play a critical role in assisting our lawyers with matters relating to all aspects of commercial and construction litigation
• Participate in drafting pleadings, document production, and the discovery process
• Preparing motion and application material, mediation briefs, pre-trial briefs and preparing for hearings and trials
