About The Role
HUB International continues to grow and we are looking for a strong Commercial Account Assistant to effectively support the busy account workflow for our Surety Practice in downtown Toronto on a 6-month contract. This is an ideal role for an individual who is responsive, can handle a high volume of work, and has strong customer service. This is an ideal role for someone who is interested in learning and supporting a growing niche market.
What You’ll Do
Preparing and processing surety bond documentation across Canada
Answering client queries and communicating with insurance companies
Uploading documentation to various systems and setting up electronic client files in Epic
Maintaining an effective abeyance system
Assisting and supporting Account Managers and responding to client inquiries
Helping where required and performing all other duties as assigned by Account Team
